Great Deal
I got the Wave for my 15 year-old daughter, hoping that she would give up the idea of skateboarding (it looks impossible to ride). Well, she had it figured out pretty quickly and so did my 10-year-old son. They wore out the first set of wheels in no time at all. I shopped around on the internet and found that this double set of replacement wheels was a pretty good deal. Buy two at a time, trust ...

Notes for new buyers
I've been riding a StreetSurfing's Wave for a month, and I'm really having a great time with it. I thought to share my experience in some areas that new buyers may find useful. Wave vs. Ripstik: I chose Wave over Ripstik because I heard that it's easier to learn. The claim was supposedly based on Wave's wider deck plate and shorter caster height. I tried my friend's Ripstik, and my ...

Son Loves It!
My son wanted a mini ripstick and we saw this as a cheaper alternative. He loves it and never said a thing about it being any different than a mini ripstick. He rides it non stop!

LOVE it!
I purchased this for my 10 year old son and he absolutely LOVES it! We are defintely going to purchase a couple more for my other children. This was a trial purchase and it was up to our expectations. It's just like his ripstick, but even better and more challenging.

pretty fun flyer if you cand handle it
This isn't a kite, it's a sports car. A really, really fast, well-handling car. Like a car, you better be able to handle it, because it's going to wreck while you learn. First time you hit a strong wind, you'll see what I mean. It's brilliantly engineered. If you're really good, you could chase birds with it - it's that agile. Highly recommended, but you need to be able to handle it.

Very good beginner kite!
The pull on this thing in a stiff breeze is just breathtaking! This was my first kite and boy oh boy, I am so glad I got it. The thing is constructed like a tank and can take a lot of abuse! Thoroughly recommended for everyone!
