Your voice will carry further than this....
Just pitiful. My children got these today, and the range is PATHETIC. They have to stand facing each other about 2 paces apart. They were a gift so we won't be taking them back. I imagine that the batteries will go soon... they are using the paging feature like dueling Morse code. I would not recommend this toy.

Don't bother
I guess you get what you pay for. We got these for $10 at Toys R Us. They don't work. You have to be really close together (10 yrds or so) which defeats the purpose and even then they don't always transmit. Waste of time and gas to buy and return. Don't bother.

DO NOT WORK - don't waste your money on this terrible toy
This toy was such a disappointment to my daughter on her 5th birthday. They don't come anywhere close to working. It's all static and the kids were SO upset. Now I'm stuck w/these worthless items - do not waste your money! I wish I could have selected ZERO stars for the item.
