You Can't Go Wrong When You Practie Yoga With Rodney Yee!
This is an excellent yoga practice. No surprise. Rodney Yee is an excellent instructor. I enjoy his low-key approach. He starts you out slowly, letting you warm up, and then you do what you can do. As you practice, you'll be able to do more of it and do it better. Even though I'm not a beginner, this is a great, refreshing workout which I probably will never grow out of. I recommend it!

I love this extravaganza. The video is a great rendition of the Book which is really much better. This is one of King's early works, and I think one of his best. Full of apocalptic Mythology, Good versus Evil, the works! The story is great too!
