Ok,so some the the script is improbable, but so is every Bond film. C. Thomas Howell is a cardboard cutout of an action hero, pretty nondescript. BUT...Randolph Mantooth makes this film. His Solonsky character is addictively evil; you end up rooting for him in the end. Also, it's a Roger Corman production, so as B movies go, its one of the best. I say Check It Out.
