Great Teaching Tool
This DVD tells about the life of Dr. Martin Luther King in a way that spans several age groups. I purchased the video cassette about 9 years ago for my daughter's K4 class. I have since purchased additional copies and donated to teachers and libraries in my community. The material even appeals to the upper elementary grade students. This is a great teaching tool.

This was a great purchase. Although we don't own a Blu-ray yet, I assume we will in the future and now I have both for only a few more dollars than the DVD price. Made the mistake of then buying Sleeping Beauty in a 2 Disc Blu-ray set assuming it was the same deal, but it was not.

Safe, Effective Workout
I love buns of steel! I wanted to get a bun/thigh workout without straining my knees with a bunch of lunges and squats. This is perfect because it is basically all floor work to give you a safe workout. Although it is safe it is not easy! I thought I was in relatively good shape because I do a lot of hiking but this still gets my legs burnin'! Highly recommend it!

I think this tape is really great and 8 min is short enough that you can work it into your routine 3-4 times a week. I have a tendency to gain weight on my upper body, after doing this video for about a month I have noticed a difference!
