I really like this video. It is a good aerobics video for older adults or those just starting to exercise. Richard Simmons makes the workout fun as in all his videos, but what I especially like about this video is it is only 25 minutes long.

This video is a great, high intensity dance aerobic video. The steps are complex enough to be high intensity and fun. Kari is excellent at breaking the steps down and helping one learn the intricate moves. She's wonderful! You'll have so much fun!

oldie but a goodie... for the most part. it is dated for sure, and compared to the P90X it looks someone's home video, but... it is not an easy workout and is a bit more than a beginner should take on. overall it is a good addition.
